Who We Are

Kerrin took her first Pilates class in 2009 and has been hooked ever since. She truly sees the benefits of Pilates and has experienced first hand how it can be so incredibly helpful post surgery, post injury or even in addition to other exercise or training. She LOVES introducing this amazing method to others and improving the technique and precision to those who have practiced before as well.

Kerrin graduated from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO from an Advanced 18 Month Teacher Training Program. She completed 950 hours of teaching, observations, studying and practice in order to get this Advanced Certification. 

Kerrin takes pride in teaching and motivating others to learn more about Pilates and hopefully love it as much as she does. Additionally she is a huge advocate of positive energy, motivation and reinforcement. She provides private one-on-one 45 minute lessons in an encouraging and comfortable environment.
